SPACE ORGANIZATION

We help you to declutter your personal, work and digital spaces by offering you practical, aesthetic and environmentally-friendly solutions for sorting, organizing and tidying.

PHYSICS

  • Clear up clutter by sorting your belongings
  • Transport of items for donation, disposal or recycling to appropriate organizations (NPO, Écocentre)
  • Warehousing/purchase of storage items and furniture
  • Practical, aesthetic and ecological organization and storage of your belongings to optimize your personal and/or work spaces
  • Identification/labeling of your storage baskets and bins
  • Follow-up up to 2 weeks after project completion
DIGITAL

  • Sorting and organizing files, e-mails, photos, etc.
  • Document scanning
  • Suggested tools for optimizing your digital organization (calendar management and sharing, e-mail management and filing, collaborative documents, virtual meetings, electronic signatures, document conversions, etc.).

MOVING ASSISTANCE

We take care of planification of each stage of your move to help you stay zen throughout the process.

 

 

  • Coordinating every stage of your move including movers, truck rental, packing supplies, and more;
  • Sorting your belongings before the move;
  • Transport of items for donation, disposal or recycling to appropriate organizations;
  • Packaging and box identification;
  • Unpacking the boxes at the new location;
  • Store and purchase storage items/furniture as needed;
  • Organization/storage of your belongings;
  • Identification/labeling of your storage baskets and bins;
  • Follow-up up to 2 weeks after project completion;

COACHING AND TRAINING

Need for organizational coaching to establish functional and efficient storage systems by yourself? Here's what our training courses have to offer.

  • Virtual coaching or training on how to organize your physical and/or digital spaces
  • Proposal of a concrete action plan to optimize your time and space;
  • Sending of a personalized list of organizational tools (as needed)
  • Virtual follow-up two weeks after the completion of the project.

The

packages

For projects lasting 2 days or more, StéZen offers packages with reduced hourly rates. Services can include the following steps up to the number of hours included in the chosen package:

  • FREE in-person assessment meeting (60 min.) ;
  • Sorting & decluttering ;
  • Transport of your small items for donation, disposal, and recycling to the appropriate organizations;
  • Packing of personal belongings for the move;
  • Identification of moving boxes ;
  • Unpacking the boxes in the new home ;
  • Shopping for storage items and furniture ;
  • Easy assembly of small furniture, if needed;
  • Installation of small storage or decorative accessories (e.g. wall hooks, rods, shelves), which do not require major transformation/renovation of the spaces to be organized;
  • Organization of physical and/or digital spaces ;
  • Labelling of containers, bins and storage areas;
  • Follow-up 2 weeks to 1 month after project completion.

The

process

Each project involves the following steps.

Step 1 - Assessment

Assessment meeting We'll meet with you (in-person or virtual) to discuss your needs, take measurements, propose a package tailored to your project, and work with you to come up with ideas for storage and organization.

 

The 30-minute virtual meeting is FREE.

 

The in-person* meeting lasts approximately 60 minutes and is included in all our packages. For projects "« À la carte »", the fee for the in-person assessment meeting is 85 $ / h.

* Travel fees may apply and are additional.

Step 2 - Becoming zen

The process is set in motion to become zen! You have chosen either one of services "« À la carte »" or "package" services, and your project is underway.

Step 3 - Staying zen

To ensure the quality of our services, complete costumer satisfaction, and lasting storage solutions to help you stay zenwe provide follow-up support for up to two weeks after each project.
