Plastic containers, those kitchen essentials that seem to lead a life of their own in our kitchens. It's every family's b\u00eate noire! But don't worry, I've helped many to tame this little chaos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this article, I'm going to share with you some of my favorite tips for choosing the best place to store your containers and advice on how to organize them really effectively. I'll also tell you about my favorite storage accessories that could well transform your kitchen into a zen and functional space. Ready to say goodbye to clutter and hello to harmony? Sorting pots and lids<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The first step to reorganizing your plastic containers is to reduce your inventory. Take out all your containers and check that every jar has its lid. Eliminate those that are incomplete, broken or worn, and keep only those you use regularly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also advise you to get rid of containers that are alone in their category. Why do you do this? Because it makes organization easier later on. By limiting yourself to a few different sizes, you simplify storage and gain in efficiency. This allows you to better stack and organize your cupboards, while creating a more harmonious kitchen space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By getting rid of what you don't need, you create a more zen and calming environment. This decluttering step already gives you a feeling of zenitude, preparing you to tackle the next stage of organizing your containers with serenity. Now you're ready for what's next!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where is the best place in the kitchen to store Tupperware containers?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Finding the ideal location for your Tupperware containers has a significant impact on your daily routine. Good storage not only facilitates access, it also ensures that organization stays in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In general, a deep drawer is often preferable for storing your containers. Drawers allow quick and easy access, especially when packing lunches or storing leftovers after cooking. You can organize your containers by size, so you can quickly see what you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, if you don't have any drawers available, a cabinet close to your preparation area is a good alternative. Make sure it's at a comfortable height, neither too high nor too low, to avoid bending or stretching every time you use it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember to store your containers close to the area where you prepare and serve your meals. For example, near the work surface where you prepare your lunches, or near the refrigerator for easy storage of leftovers. This will save you time and energy on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to store plastic containers efficiently?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To optimize your container storage, start by sorting them into categories. Separate glass from plastic and organize them by shape: round, square and rectangular. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organizing plastic containers in a cabinet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To organize your containers in a cupboard, place the containers you use least often, especially the larger ones, at the back of the shelf. This frees up space at the front for smaller, frequently-used containers. Use bins or baskets to group small containers and their lids together, so they don't get lost or fall off (I give you my favorite storage accessories below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a drawer, organization can be further enhanced by the use of dividers or bins. After sorting your containers by size and shape, place the larger ones at the back and the smaller ones at the front. Dividers keep each category neatly in place, preventing clutter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organizing lids can be a real headache, but with the right solutions, everything becomes simpler. To keep your lids in order, consider using racks or vertical organizers specially designed for lids, cutting boards and the like.
