A year of growth at every level<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
In 2025, we have completed some forty projects<\/strong>representing over 1,650 hours of organization<\/strong>. It's an impressive thing to write in black and white. Behind these figures are people, stories and life transitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We've worked with our customers on a wide range of projects, including decluttering, space organization, home staging and moving assistance. We've worked on kitchens and pantries as well as walk-in closets, playrooms, corporate offices, children's and master bedrooms, not to mention garages and sheds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each project, large or small, had the same intention: to lighten, soothe and clarify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our services have been deployed all over Quebec - in Montreal, Mont\u00e9r\u00e9gie, the Laurentians, Lanaudi\u00e8re... and even as far away as Quebec City!<\/p>\n\n\n\n But beyond the places and projects, it was above all the richness of the encounters that marked our year. We have had the privilege of helping many individuals and families, from different cultures and realities, including neurodivergent people and those from diverse backgrounds, to regain control of their living spaces - and to rediscover a lighter, more soothing everyday life.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Among the many highlights of the year, here are a few that stand out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Maria's arrival<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The year was also marked by the arrival of an invaluable organizing assistant to the team: Maria! A number of our customers have told me how touched they are by her gentleness, respect and attentiveness, qualities that are invaluable in our business. In just a few months, she became deeply integrated into St\u00e9Zen, while at the same time experiencing a wonderful personal milestone: her pregnancy. The arrival of her daughter Antonella in January is a precious reminder that St\u00e9Zen is above all a human adventure built on trust, gentleness... and lasting bonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A small family in transition An energetic and touching collaboration<\/strong> In 2025, the team was enriched by several new recruits: Maria<\/strong>, Marjorie<\/strong>, Marilyn<\/strong>, Marianne<\/strong>... and, Chlo\u00e9<\/strong>who, like me, breaks the chain of first names in M \ud83d\ude02.<\/p>\n\n\n\n They're all still in training and exploring their place in the team, but one thing's for sure: the energy weaving around St\u00e9Zen warms my heart. Surrounding myself with people who share my values is a real privilege.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Rather than setting myself unrealistic resolutions, I have a habit that I cherish: select a keyword<\/strong> to guide my year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In 2025, my word was GROWTH<\/strong>. And that's exactly what I experienced. And for 2026, my word will be: ALIGNMENT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For me, alignment is the next logical step after growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Aligning the team: strengthening our communication, collaboration and respective strengths. I want every decision I make this year to resonate with who I am. I want every project, big or small, to be consistent with the values of St\u00e9Zen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you're reading these lines, you too may be taking stock. And if this new year is inspiring you to change, sort and reorganize, I'm here to help. Highlights of the year<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>We accompanied them from the beginning to the end of their move: from preparing their house for sale (home staging), to decluttering, packing moving boxes, then unpacking, fitting out and completely organizing their new home. We were there every step of the way. A comprehensive, reassuring and human accompaniment, which perfectly illustrates St\u00e9Zen's mission: to support our customers far beyond the simple task of tidying up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>With a couple of women, we de-cluttered and reorganized the whole house, garage included, in an incredible team spirit. We dubbed ourselves the \"Dream Team\" (no less!) and each day ended with high fives and a shared sense of pride. As for the garage, it was transformed into a veritable flea market, with many items in excellent condition finding new life. A joyful, efficient project, full of laughter and satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/stezen.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/3-819x1024.jpg\")

Align projects: choose those that make the most sense, that really motivate us, and that enable us to create value.
